God’s Part
Jesus Christ died in your place and for your sins so that you can be forgiven and receive that new life.

God forgives all sins from the past.

God gives his Holy Spirit to live within the believer’s heart.

Your Part
1.) Choose to surrender your life to God. Choose the way of Jesus instead of the way of Satan; choose to call on the Lord for salvation. Choose whom you will serve.
Joshua 24:15; Romans. 10:13.
2.) Believe God’s Word that Jesus died for your sins. Absolute trust.
John 3:16-18; John 8:24; I John 5:10.
3.) Receive Him. Accept Him into your heart and life
John 1:12.
4.) Repent. Be sorry for your sins – confess them – leave them.
Acts 3:19; Acts 2:38; Luke 13:5.
5.) Confess Christ publicly. Let others know of your decision.
Romans 10:9,10.
6.) Be Baptized. Water baptism is a public witness to inner faith.
Acts 2:38; Mark 16:15; Matthew 28:19.
A Prayer To Pray
“Oh, God, I know I am a sinner. I believe Jesus was my substitute when He died on the Cross. I believe His shed blood, death, burial, and resurrection were for me. I now receive Him as my Savior. I thank You for the forgiveness of my sins, the gift of salvation and everlasting life, because of Your merciful grace. Amen.”

How to grow?
- Starting reading your bible and praying on a daily basis.
- Attend worship on a regular basis
- Spend time with other believers on a weekly basis.
- Ask a mature believer to meet with you are a regular basis.
- Avoid past friends who may drag you backward.
- Read books on the Christian life
- Share your faith with others.
- Volunteer to serve others.
Evidences of the New Birth
1.) The “witness” of the Spirit within one’s heart.

3.) The “witness” of a changed life
- Overcoming sin.
- Desire for God’s Word
- Desire for fellowship with other believers.
